Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are packed and dispatched from our Maharashtra facility within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• You receive an email (and tracking link) as soon as your order ships.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship across India through our logistics partner (Shiprocket). Typical timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities — 2–4 business days
• Rest of India — 4–7 business days
• Remote / North-East / J&K pincodes — 7–10 business days

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather, and local restrictions can add time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Orders below the threshold are charged a flat shipping fee shown transparently at checkout before payment.
• No hidden charges — the amount at checkout is the final amount.

4. Tracking Your Order

Every shipped order includes a tracking link by email. You can also track any order on our Track Order page using your order number.

5. Failed Deliveries, Damage & Wrong Address

• If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos — we replace damaged items per our Refund & Return Policy.
• If the courier cannot deliver (wrong address, repeated absence), the order returns to us; we re-ship after confirming the address (re-shipping fee may apply).
• Address changes are possible only before dispatch — contact us immediately after ordering.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. For international or bulk export enquiries, contact us through the Wholesale page.
