The rules that apply when you shop at Rootiva Organic.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner (Razorpay) or an explicitly offered pay-on-delivery option.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Discount codes and launch offers cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Product Information & Food Disclaimer

Our products are single-ingredient dehydrated fruit powders and spice blends. Natural products vary slightly in colour, taste, and texture between batches — this is normal and not a defect.

  • We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, scraping, or attacks on the site.

All content on this site — the Rootiva Organic name, logo, photography, text, and design — belongs to Rootiva Organic and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rootiva Organic's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra. You may also use the National Consumer Helpline or e-Daakhil portal as provided by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

8. Grievance Officer

For complaints under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 or the IT Act, contact our grievance officer at info@rootivaorganic.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
